That experience defines my approach to enterprise diagnostics: a shift from theoretical oversight to evidence-based organizational readiness.

The diagnostic methodology I apply at VCC was built from nearly three decades of leading organizations where the cost of drift was measured in operational failure, not quarterly variance. That experience produces a different kind of diagnostic, one built on evidence, not assumption, that ends in a clear readiness verdict rather than a list of suggestions.
Why I Built VCC
After nearly three decades leading organizations where drift carried real consequences, I recognized the same conditions developing in commercial enterprises with none of the diagnostic infrastructure to detect them.
Leaders were making decisions on incomplete pictures. Misalignment was compounding quietly. And by the time the gap became visible, it was already expensive.
VCC exists to close that gap before it becomes a crisis.
The standard I apply to every engagement is the same one I have applied for nearly three decades: drift is not acceptable, and it is always detectable before it becomes a failure.
