I have spent nearly three decades assessing organizational readiness at the highest operational levels, in environments where being wrong was not an option and telling leaders what they wanted to hear was never the job. That experience defines my approach to enterprise diagnostics: a shift from theoretical oversight to evidence-based organizational readiness.
I have led complex operations, logistics, and enterprise governance in environments where readiness was the only acceptable standard.
The Principal
I established Vector Check Consulting to help high-stakes enterprises detect strategic and operational drift before it results in organizational failure.
The diagnostic methodology I apply at VCC was built from leading organizations where drift showed up as operational failure, not quarterly variance. That experience produces a different kind of diagnostic, one built on evidence, not assumption, that ends in a verdict and a Readiness Folder rather than a list of suggestions.
Why I Built VCC
After nearly three decades leading organizations where drift carried real consequences, I recognized the same conditions developing across enterprises with none of the diagnostic infrastructure to detect them.
Leaders were making decisions on incomplete pictures. Misalignment was compounding quietly. And by the time the gap became visible, it was already expensive.
VCC exists to close that gap before it becomes a crisis.
The standard I apply to every engagement has not changed: drift is not acceptable, and it can be caught before it. becomes a failure before it becomes a failure.
